Manage your stock and set it to go live later
When you add stock via the app you can either set it to go live on your website straight away, set it to not go live on your website at all (just stay in the app and website manager), or schedule it to go live at a particular date and time.
View all your enquiries in one place on the app. Enquiries from your website are shown in the app, together with enquiries from selected marketplaces (such as Antiques Boutique). You can view where the enquiry has come from, and all the contact details too so you can get straight in contact with enquiries whilst they're still warm.
Easily publish your items on a range of marketplaces including Antiques Boutique, antiques.co.uk, Decorative Collective, ebay (coming soon), Facebook shopping, Instagram shopping, Love Antiques, The Hoarde and Militaria Zone (with more on their way too!) *
Once you've added your items on the app they'll show up on your website manager dashboard so you can see which items need publishing to the various marketplaces. From there it's just a few clicks to publish them!

Share items straight from the app to clients or prospective clients. You can share via text message (SMS), email, WhatsApp, and social media (Instagram, Facebook messenger etc).
If you have a client "interested" in a piece but not committing there and then, take the opportunity to open the mobile app and share the item with them.
This way they have details of it, and you can capture their details to follow up with them later.
If you're exhibiting at a trade fair, you can also share items with prospective clients that you don't have on your stand.
It's a great way of making sure your items get in front of buyers, and that you capture buyers details!
When sharing by email you can also add the person to your mailing list!
Using our online web manager you have a contact database where you can store all your client details.
When you share items in the app, contact details for those clients are stored in your contact database for you automatically so you can manage them in the online web manager.
When you share an item by email (either via the app or on your website) the email the client receives is branded with your logo, contact details, website address etc to give an established and professional feel to your clients.
