Say hello to Sian!

We're really pleased to introduce the newest member of the team; Sian, who's joining us as a Website Sales & Customer Advisor.

Sian will be working alongside Liv, so if you've ever picked up the phone or sent an email and had a friendly, patient voice walk you through your website, you'll know exactly the kind of support to expect. Her work will be all about helping you get the most out of your site; answering questions over the phone and by email, showing you how things work, setting up off the shelf websites, and sorting out any problems that crop up along the way.

For the next month or so, Sian will be settling in and training up, shadowing the rest of the team to learn the ropes. So you might not get to speak to her straight away, but she'll be busy behind the scenes getting ready to help you before long.

She comes to us with plenty of experience across customer service and sales, but here's a fun twist. Before all that, Sian was a French and Spanish teacher. So if you happen to be a French or Spanish speaker, you might find that a handy (and rather nice) bonus!

There's a real benefit to that teaching background, too. Years spent patiently guiding students through something new have given Sian exactly the right instincts for her role here. Helping someone get comfortable with their website isn't so different from helping someone learn a language. It's all about taking the time to explain things clearly, never making anyone feel daft for asking, and celebrating those lightbulb moments when it all clicks.
