Store upto 50 pictures per item, as well as videos too. Pictures and videos are automatically resized and sampled for you for publishing on your website or on supported online marketplaces.
Built-in tools allow you to easily crop and rotate pictures too.
Batch uploading also supported.

Our mobile app for militaria dealers allows you to manage your stock and your business on the go, and with with minimal technical expertise required. Available for both Apple iPhone and Android devices.

Push to marketplaces
If you sell on any online marketplaces, you'll likely know that having to add your items to multiple places can be a right chore!! We take care of this for you by automatically publishing your items to selected marketplaces you're a member of.

We currently have automated integrations with Antiques Boutique, antiques.co.uk, Decorative Collective, ebay (coming soon), Facebook shopping, Instagram shopping, Love Antiques, The Hoarde and Militaria Zone (with more on their way too!) *
Save time, spend more time doing what you love
Integration is subject to being on the Large plan. Additional fees / acceptance / terms may be applied by the marketplaces you'd like to integrate with too. Terms apply

Integrations with invoicing, email marketing and more
We have a whole host of integrations with third party services, such as:-
- Email mailshots
- Invoicing & finance
- Point of sale systems
- Online marketplaces
- Payment gateways

Price labels & display cards with QR codes
Print price labels and display cards for your items directly from the ph9 manager. Select an item, choose a size, and print. The name, price, description and your logo are pulled straight from your stock record, so there's nothing to type out again and nothing that can fall out of step with your website.
Every label and card includes a QR code. When a customer scans it with their phone, that item's page on your website opens up — all of your photographs, the full description, and a page they can bookmark or send to a client.
Four sizes are available: two label sizes (28mm x 89mm and 38mm x 132mm) for tagging items, and A6 and A5 display cards which include your logo and description for standing next to a piece.
Particularly useful at militaria fairs, where visitors see hundreds of items in a day. A QR code gives them a way to capture yours properly, rather than photographing a handwritten ticket and hoping they can make sense of it later.
